UNITED STATES SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Ground Shipping 

Orders are scheduled to be shipped from our warehouse in approximately 1-3 days after the order confirmation and  arrive approximately 3-4 business days after shipping from our warehouse. All orders placed before 8 a.m. EST will be confirmed on the same business day and all those placed after 8 a.m. EST will be confirmed the next business day. Please remember shipping to select rural or remote locations may result in longer shipping times. Standard business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Please note that all products at Kimisty.com includes free shipping and there will be no additional charges for the shipment except Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.

Policies and Protections

Returns

If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Kimisty Customer Service Team and they will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.

Unused items in saleable condition, purchased from our web store, can be returned within anytime after your purchase. Please contact Kimisty Customer Service Team for a Return Authorization Number, as you will be required to write this number on the box when mailing it back to Kimisty. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the goods, the original method of payment will be credited. Please note that all sale items are final sale.

If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to Kimisty by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded. 

Order cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.

An automatic order confirmation will be emailed to the address you provided. You may also receive other emails about your order. We will not use the email you provide for any other purpose unless you request that we do so.
